Financial Assistant - POD Verifier

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) and billing policies and procedures are being followed. - Ensure the accuracy of documents submitted by vendors or POD team members, which may largely depend on manual work. - Coordinate with the internal Invoicing team for the POD document handovers and transfers. - Ability to perform all other duties as assigned or requested.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - With a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or similar. - With 1-3 years of experience in handling large-volume billing or POD. - Experience in Logistics is highly preferred. - Good Excel skills and a strong sense of numbers will be an advantage. - English language ability will be a plus but not necessary.
