Responsible

- Manage & ensure the day-to-day operations of CSD runs smoothly, including the following:
- Ensure high standard of customer support service level at all times;
- Ensure high standard of daily operations, including support for salespersons such as drafting quotations, taking-off qty from plans, managing sales order fulfillment, monitoring stock ETA etc.;
- Ensure timely preparation of sales quotation, delivery orders, invoices with accuracy at all times;
- Maintain customers’ database & documentation
- Lead & manage the Customer Support
- Coordinate with the warehouse department
- Have experiences in Microsoft Dynamic AX system will be considered.
- Other work as assigned
