Engineering Manager/ ผู้จัดการงานวิศวกรรม (ประจำสาขา โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ อาคารภูมิสิริมังคลานุสรณ์)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage and co-ordinate maintenance team and sub-contractors on site • Ensure facility preserves a high-level maintenance and appearance • Adhere to occupational health and safety and injury management regulations • Provide site-specific standard operation procedures and ensure all staff follow these procedures thus reducing risk to our employees and our customer’s employees • Understand contractual obligations and meet customer expectations under the agreement • On a weekly or as needs basis, report to the Contract Manager relating to the PM/CM of the facility • Attend weekly/monthly meetings with Operations Manager and client to assess current progress • Disciplinary procedures conducted in line with Sodexo policy • Reducing maintenance turnaround periods and downtime of plant and equipment • Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - สำเร็จการศึกษาไม่ต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต(วศบ) สาขาไฟฟ้ากำลังหรือสาขาเครื่องกล - มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพระดับสามัญวิศวกรไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี หรือระดับภาคีวิศวกร ไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี - มีประสบการณ์งานจัดการด้านวิศวกรรมประเภทโรงพยาบาลขนาด 400 เตียงขึ้นไป - มีภาวะผู้นำ - สามารถจัดการปัญหาได้เป็นอย่างดี - สามารถวางแผนงานดำเนินการตรวจสอบควบคุมและการดูแล การวิเคราะห์หาแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาในด้านวิศวกรรม การซ่อมบำรุง การดูแลรักษาเครื่องจักร - ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรด้านการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการงานวิศวกรรมหรือผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการงานวิศวกรรม อย่างน้อย 1 คน* • A proven background in the field of facility management or similar related discipline • A proven track record in the management and establishment of planned preventative maintenance programs and the management of sub-contractors performance • Good communication skills and an ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organization • Computer literacy, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant equivalent experience required to provide the outcomes listed above • A proactive attitude towards looking for value-add opportunities to increase contract EBIT • Understand contract obligations • A professional attitude towards communicating with clients • A high level of presentation, organization and time management skills • Preparation of monthly and annual operating expense budgets and monitoring against performance • Maintenance of a good relationship with the client management and staff. • Responsible attitude towards the adherence to all Occupational Health and safety conditions
