หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Manage local food service provider: - Educate supplier in making sure food provided meets quality and safety standards. - Implement, manage, and maintain a successful food and worker safety program, utilizing best management practices intended to maintain a safe environment that meets all regulatory requirements. - Provide guidance on food nutrition in compliance to J&J Global Health Service (GHS) standards 2.Coordination, Communication & Implementation: - Nurture good working relationships with supplier, business unit (BU) managers, business partners (FM, GHS & EHS&S, Quality, canteen committee), unions and employees to develop and implement safe and healthy food programs that meet employees’ satisfaction and comply to local regulatory requirements. - Drive training programs to increase awareness, skills and knowledge of local service provider. - Collaborate with business partners to support and promote healthy eating, food quality and programs - Conduct customer satisfaction survey and drive improvement programs to meet or exceed satisfaction goals 3.Compliance & Guidelines: - Oversee implementation of Healthy Food and Safety Programs and create best practices to assess performance and develop opportunities for improvement - Manage internal and external audits and assessments, summarize findings and drive closure of corrective actions - Develop and update SOP, food safety manuals and food policies for implementation - Drive local service provider and ensure all required certification and permits are updated in accordance to local regulatory requirements - Drive the local service provider to ensure compliance to data collection, record keeping and reporting

• - Being part of the canteen committee at J&J - Overseeing existing vendor to ensure food safety and compliance. - Assist to implement and communicate J&J Heathy Eating policy - Nutrition knowledge - Coordinating training programs - Develop and update SOP, food safety manuals and - food policies on behalf of J&J - Customer satisfaction surveys
