• Greet visitors in a proper service manner and direct them to the meeting room. • Receive, sort and prepare document for incoming and outgoing mail and parcel. • Answer incoming phone calls professionally, deliver message. • Ensure all visitors including non-local employees who enter office area holding business visa. • Stationary inventory management. • Order name card for client. • Take care of any assignments added by the direct supervisor.
