หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To answer all telephone calls that come through the telephone switchboard system and directs them to the right department or staff member. - To receive visitors and direct them to the relevant staff member for further assistance. - To ensure that the normal office operations and the image of the workplace are not affected by careless handling of delivery operation. - To ensure that the reception area is in impeccable condition at all times. - To be a dropping and collection point for courier service and liaise with staff members for incoming and outgoing documents/ parcels with signature. - To manage the reservation for the use of 1st Floor meeting rooms at support building. - To coordinate with dry clean vendor for cleaning visitor PPE (Clothes). - To distribute PPE item such as safety shoes, ear plugs, hair nets for visitors and tracking record - To keep record for transportation of late arrival, number of passenger of each route. - Help nurse distribute medicine when nurse is not available (not to exceed 4 hours a week)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree in any fields. Punctuality. Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
