หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• General Support service supervisor - Ensure Cleaning service are maintain as the schedule work and revise as requirement. - Liaise with other functions (e.g. housekeeping) regarding guest requirements (e.g. late / early check-in, newspapers, fruit etc.) - Manage and control Pantry/Stationary/Chemical and consumable to prevent shortage service. Create/manage Physical access control system (PACS) and provide daily result from main gate entering. - Oversee the food service are maintain Sodexo standard and meet client requirement. - Sell food coupon and received cash from client. Ensure that all internal and external mail and deliveries from couriers are dispatched, received, held and distributed internally and externally in a safe, efficient and timely manner including investigation of missed or damaged deliveries - To receive, communicate and check-in guests in correspondence with company policy. - Take care of special wishes / requests of client and pass onto the appropriate personnel. - Professional management of any complaints in accordance with company procedures. - Manage and ensure the van transportation are meet requirement and cost perspective. - Oversee the gardener are follow requirement. - Maintain record and manage client invoice.
