หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• This position is responsible providing support in recruitment functions. This includes administrative assistance and co-ordination of special projects as assigned. • Assist in the recruitment and selection process follow by the company’s policy. • Search for applicants in areas of Supervisor and rank and file roles. • Screening applications, Interview and scheduling appointment with line managers. • Introduce job opportunities to candidates. • Assist in organizing campus recruitment and job fair/ MOU projects with colleges and universities. • Other assignment as assigned by Manager: Recruitment project, Job Advertising Project.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor degree in HR, Social Science, Political science, Economics or related field. • 3+ year experience in HR functions • Good personality and good communication skills, Service-minded person. • Well organized, detail oriented and highly responsible • Self-motivated, hard working, strong negotiation, interpersonal and convincing skills. • Able to work independently and also a team player • Having a successful track record (consistently achieving targets) would be an added advantage.
