หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Provision of excellent customer service to customers and clients, including service of food and drinks, maintenance of the serving and eating area, and accurate handling of cash (in cash handling sites) 2. Adherence to company and legislative food safety standards 3. Maintenance of a clean and safe working environment and other areas as specified 4. Preparation and presentation of foods to the required company standards 5. Adherence at all times to company grooming and personal hygiene standards 6. Other reasonable duties as designated by the delegate 7. Promote canteen trade through Knox internal tools 8. Assist canteen staff in daily duties during all service times as required ie: service, stocking shelves etc 9. Leading a team of volunteers providing friendly and efficient service.

• - Experience in customer service, preferably a catering environment - Basic cooking skills - Demonstrated ability to honestly and accurately handle cash transactions - Excellent verbal communication skills - Excellent personal presentation - Excellent timekeeping - Motivation to provide good service and take pride in allocated tasks - Motivation to work well within a team
