• Service Request Management - Comprehensive program to coordinate activities to receive documents and Service Request escalate to supervisor if needed, dispatch Service Request or close out Service Request and Call Management. • Data Management (FAQ) • Provide Web request system • Type of services request for call management such as Priority calls, Immediate dispatch, Urgent (short time request) etc. • Inbound Call - Scripts and Quality Monitoring Service Request Processing Comprehensive program to manage Service Request System and Call Management. • Service Request and Data entry into workflow system caller information updated at all times. • Service Request detail information entered correctly. • Processing Service request escalation and notification

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - An Associate's degree in Chinese Language or related field. - Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An openness to learning new technologies. - Service Request Monitoring and Monthly report
