หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Site Engineer to manage ,supervise and co-ordinate maintenance team and sub-contractors on site for maintenance and service system to ensure the works result follow with action plan and client need • Ensure facility preserves a high-level maintenance and appearance • Look for potential new works that may be required on site • Adhere to occupational health and safety and injury management regulations • Provide site-specific standard operation procedures and ensure all staff follow these procedures thus reducing risk to our employees and our customer’s employees • Understand contractual obligations and meet customer expectations under the agreement • Manage the account so that we follow all budget plans on a monthly basis • On a weekly and monthly or as needs basis, report to the Engineering Manager relating to the qualitative, PM and CM work order are completed and outstanding. • Attend weekly/monthly meetings with Engineering Manager and supervisors to assess current progress • Manage and cooperate the energy saving project and monitor energy consumption in customer site • Disciplinary procedures conducted in line with Sodexo policy • Reducing maintenance turnaround periods and downtime of plant and equipment • Mentoring of staff • To estimate cost of renovation work for presentation with client • Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - A proven background in the field of facility management or similar related discipline - A proven track record in the management and establishment of planned preventative maintenance programs and the management of sub-contractors performance - Good communication skills and an ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organisation - Computer literacy, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills - Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant equivalent experience required to provide the outcomes listed above - Understand contract obligations - A professional attitude towards communicating with clients - A high level of presentation, organisation and time management skills - Preparation of monthly and annual operating expense budgets and monitoring against performance - Maintenance of a good relationship with the client and staff. - Responsible attitude towards the adherence to all Occupational Health and safety conditions
