- Manage Facility Base Maintenance team and liaise with 3rd party vendor to perform the maintenance and repair on all workshop facility and equipment. - Manage the general housekeeping for the workshop /Labs. - Manage the yard and workshop space, to keep yard and workshop in order and work flow free from obstacles. - In charge of supervising works of 3rd party vendors according to QHSE standard. - Manage waste area, disposal waste following HSE /Country environmental guideline. - Manage and ensure complete junking process of field technical equipment (FTE) after segment’s approval. - Manage Permit to Work process and make sure vendors could follow this system. - Make suggestion to improve the efficiency and reliability of workshop facility and equipment, and lead implementation of approved plans accordingly.
