หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Handling all design, procurement, construction, supervision and Testing &Commissioning, in particular design, procurement, construction and T&C of project construction Management, especially FM Civil, Sanitary, Electrical, HVAC, Fire protection, Fire Suppression system according to the Client and Authorities specifications, standards and requirements. • Project Engineer to designing scope of term of requirement (TOR) of project construction and workplace building repair both of interior and exterior work • Provide construction & Repair work Specification in particular of material cost and labor cost which should meets with project construction standards • Provide construction & Repairing work of Bills of Quantity (BOQ) for bidding process • Bidding explanation scope and specification to constructor candidate • Follow the Progress, Plan, Contract and all related issues in order to meet with agreed timelines. Solve the critical problems, managing internal daily meetings • Construction & Repairing work document control especially specification, drawing, payment and handover document. • Cooperation and facilitator to project owner area and customer who are concern with related area • Provide site-specific standard operation procedures and ensure all staff follow these procedures thus reducing risk to our employees and our customer’s employees • Understand contractual obligations and meet customer expectations under the agreement • On a weekly and monthly or as needs basis, report to the FM Manager and Customer in detail of project’s progress. • Plan, organize, supervisor and do the work related with above systems within the parameters of the project schedule. Deeply to be involve from design to handing over of each project • Design the necessary systems in AutoCAD format when necessary

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic engineering require • More 5 years of building repair or project construction related work experience. • Experience in specification designing of FM Civil , Sanitary, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire protection are advantage • Project construction control skills • Experience on using AutoCAD tools for preparing drawings. • A proven background in the field of Construction • A professional attitude towards communicating with clients • A high level of presentation, organization and time management skills • Responsible attitude towards the adherence to all Occupational Health and safety conditions. • Full Knowledge and experience on Local Standards, LEED, British Standards, European Norms, NFPA, IEC, ASHRAE, ISO and IEEE. • Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
