หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The Food Court Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all aspects of the food court by ensuring the location meets budget sales, expense, margin, profit and customer service goals. Responsibilities - Handle all problems that cannot be handled at a lower level. - Ensure all personnel are in proper working uniform and neat in appearance. - Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store meets company standards and is in proper working order, inside and out. - Report all maintenance, customer, and personnel problems to upper management regularly. - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. - Make sure all personnel are trained thoroughly. - Be proficient in opening and closing the store, including the completion of all required paperwork. - Ensure equipment is updated and maintained. Communicate all equipment and capital expenditures for approval to your supervisor. - Providing friendly and competent customer service. - Reporting for work in a timely manner when scheduled.
