• Answer incoming phone calls professionally, deliver message. • Distribute incoming fax. • Keep all related communication equipment in good working condition at all times. • Report the supervisor immediately if any equipment in the office need special urgent maintenance. • Welcome visitors and keep all function rooms ready to be used. • Ensure the function order is completed according to the schedule. • Control the messenger schedule and stationery & daily supplies stock. • Supervise the maid. • Take care of any assignments added by the direct supervisor.
