หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To provide protection against damage and/or loss of employer asset within the property premise 24 hours. - To control all visitors and vehicles entering the property by collecting their I.D. card (or photo ID) and ensuring that all visitors display their visitor badge while on the premise. Record all visitor data in the security log book including Name/Surname, in/out times, point of contact, name of host person, visitor number etc. - To record any employee?s asset movement in or out of the premise in the security log book. Records must be filled in correctly and kept in the file. - To control the traffic around the property building and parking areas (if any), in order to ensure smooth traffic flow and prevent accidents. - To patrol around/inside the property as per the agreement with employee. While patrolling, security personnel should inspect for loss or property damage, intruders or un-authorized personal, theft, criminal activities and Fire Prevention. - To record all events on a daily basis in the security log book then present it to the site manager on the next day. All urgent cases must be reported to the security supervisor immediately.
