หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• BMET I,II •Knowledge of electronic theory, technology, and test equipment. •Knowledge of principles of electrical safety, fire safety, and universal precautions related to infectious materials and blood-borne pathogens •Knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology as applied to use of biomedical equipment. •Knowledge of e-mail, database management, spreadsheet, and word processor applications. •Skill in testing electronic equipment. •Skill in manual dexterity, hand-to-eye coordination, and color vision. •Ability to understand English, comprehend instruction and effectively communicate •Ability to analyze, repair, and test electronic and electromechanical equipment. •Ability to perform planned maintenance inspections •Ability to run diagnostic programs. •Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, clinical and medical staff, and the general public. •Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary. •Ability to learn equipment maintenance, operating procedures, and repair procedures from training materials and courses. •Acknowledges requirements associated with work within a healthcare facility such as background checks, drug screening, and biological screening for infectious diseases. BMET III •The main duty of the BMET III is to perform troubleshooting and problem resolution on biomedical equipment for all risk category •Performs preventive maintenance and inspections for all risk equipment •Performs pre- acceptance and Inventory •Consults with physicians, nurses and other hospital personnel on equipment operation and problems. •Completes work orders, forms and reports for proper documentation of work duties, oversee Biomed. to ensure correct data entry. •Writing preventative maintenance check list and policies •Organizes work areas and parts inventory according to procedures. •Assist unit Manager with prioritising repairs. •Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor •Supervise Biomet 1,2 in the process

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Associate degree or equivalent in a related field or Military Training. - International Certification Commission (ICC), CBET certified, and two to eight years experience preferred. - Non-certified – four to ten years experience. - Ability to interact with personnel to achieve excellent customer service. - Keep up-to-date on technological and medical advances. - Interact daily with hospital department managers, equipment users, physicians and administrative staff concerning service and usage issues. - Effectively handle service emergencies. - Repair and maintain medical equipment, performing BMET I and BMET II duties and functions as required. - Provide supervision for other technicians. - Computer literacy.
