Key Result Areas: • Assist in the recruitment and selection process follow by the company’s policy. • Update job posting on websites. • Handle administrative functions; criminal record, Thai Labor documentations. • Search for applicants in areas of Supervisor and rank and file roles. • Screening applications, Interview and scheduling appointment with line managers. • Introduce job opportunities to candidates. • Assist in organizing campus recruitment and job fair • Other assignment as assigned by Manager: Recruitment project, Job Advertising Project.

Key Competencies: • Bachelor degree in HR, Social Science, Political science, Economics or related field. • 3+ years experience in HR functions • Good personality and good communication skills, Service-minded person. • Well organized, detail oriented and highly responsible • Self-motivated, hard working, strong negotiation, interpersonal and convincing skills. • Able to work independently and also a team player • Having a successful track record (consistently achieving targets) would be an added advantage.
