FBO Focal Point (สาขาSchlumberger จ.สงขลา)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The FBO Focal Point is the single focal point of contact for Schlumberger personnel on FBO-related tasks. The FBO Focal Point works closely with Schlumberger’s FBO Team Leader on the task assignment and follow up on FBO tasks. FBO tasks includes: 1. Management of Lifting Equipment 2. Loading / Offloading & Internal Movement of Equipment 3. Wash Bay Management 4. Waste Management 5. Junk Management 6. Pressure Test Bay 7. Blasting / Painting of Field Equipment 7. Wellsite Units Management & Certification 8. Shop Tools Calibration (IMTE: Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment) FBO Focal Point is responsible to manage the assigned requests from Schlumberger to the FBO team under his/her supervision. Weekly progress report and monthly KPI review should be submitted to Schlumberger Representative. Example of detail work of tasks: Management of Lifting Equipment 1. Managing and update SBS inventory of all lifting equipment & wellsite units, such as slings, baskets, Units, Containers, etc. 2. Update lifting certificate status to segments and managing the third party performing the certification. 3. Supervise third-party to perform recertification or load test of equipment. 4. Managing web slings usage and maintain min-max stock level. 5. Fulfill FBO team leader responsibilities during the FBO team leader on vacation. 6. Follow-up and close iBase tasks Example of detail work of tasks: Loading / Offloading & Internal Movement of Equipment Manage and perform any activities that requires forklift/ mobile crane operation for moving equipment in base. Includes, - Loading/offloading Segments field technical equipment (FTE) to/from well site, - Materials/Logistics loading/offloading to/from other locations/countries, - Moving equipment within the facilities as per segment’s request.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Diploma degree and able to use MS word/excel. 2. Able to use English as working language. 3. Need to have strong communication skills to coordinate the work of various departments. 4. Have background work related to FBO tasks above. Experience of foreman type of work is preferred. 5. Able to manage other delegated tasks from FBO team leader.
