Senior Officer, Business Intelligence and Analytics

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor and integrate market trend with complexity of data to identify market situation among multiple sources. Analyzing macro-economic trend, market movement, consumer spending, prices/inflation how the economic factors & trends affect the demand for consumer good
• Manage and develop reports by using visualization approach to support business analysis for decision-making
• Design process to develop and maintain quality of databases to ensure the optimize data efficiency and quality.
• Track market share and product distribution comparing with target and analyze room for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional parties to get insight and provide business report for management to identify sales performance, key issues, business opportunities and action plan in daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Initiate actionable insights to address business challenge, and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies
• Be a data centre for Trade Marketing, Category Management and Supply Chain Management
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to solve business challenge and translate into recommendation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Statistic, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related field (having working experience in FMCG business is a plus)
• Strong knowledge and having experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in business intelligence tools (Power pivot, Power Query, Power BI)
• Knowledge of Excel VBA is a plus
• Ability to work under strict deadline and develop alternative solutions in compliance with relevant policies and must be very detail-oriented and process driven
• Strong in analytical skill
• Possess Self-motivated, result & customer oriented and service minded
• Good interpersonal skill with excellent communication skill
• Good command in written and spoken in Thai and English
