หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Training planning
• Participate in the training planning
• Have own trainings created and all training records (participants, results, materials)
• Localize headquarter guide and training content to match the local needs
• Incorporating feedback from stakeholders outside the training environments into training delivery / training planning
• • Training delivery
• Train proactively and coach technician in the service centres
• Conduct trainings to develop the competences of non-technical people who need to understand technical topics in their work
• Seek and experiment new learning methods in the trainings
• Can deliver most sessions effectively, manages the training environment well, communicate objectives clearly, encourages participants and ensures learning outcomes are achieved.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 5-7 years working experience in managing mobile industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Thai and good English skills
• Having analytical skill, problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure
• Computer literacy, willing to work with many systems and MS Office programs
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours
• Have customer service mindset
