• · Work with a team to develop appropriate solution to the business in terms of business and system analysis to meet project requirements. · Gather, define, document, and translate business requirements to come up with system requirement for communication with developers. · Communicate to developers for business requirement explanation. · Monitor project progress to unsure quality projects are completed on time and according to agreed quality standards. · Undertake the analysis of system Problems, identify impacts and propose solutions that meet with business needs. · Bridge the gap between business users and IT Developers. · Coordinate and communicate with end users and developer on project issue and system improvement. · Responding in timely manner to service issues and reports
