Performance (QC) Division Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Senior level management in the company’s as a division manager of QC and Performance of all stages of production
• Direct reporting to the GM of the company
• Audit and support the compliance of all other production divisions of the company
• Quantitatively evaluate data-driven performance and achievement of KPIs
• Assemble periodical reports on the compliance and performance of each of the sites and divisions
• Lead and implement the biosecurity and safety guidelines and compliance of the company

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Working experience in data-driven QC and performance evaluation in an industrial organization
• Compulsive attention to accuracy and details
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai (both written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal skill and work effectively as a team
• Proactive thinking, data-driven analytical capabilities
• Able to travel periodically to physically lead the audits of the company’s sitesd thrive in stressful operation environments
