Commercial Division Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Research Thailand market and develop a Sales strategy, Marketing strategy and Business Development strategy to achieve company sales goals and revenues
• Execute and achieve the volume and target price
• Maintain monthly and annual sales target
• Ensure the customer receive an excellent Queen Prawn product and service
• Build strategic partners to open up new marketing channel with key account customers
• Work closely with the Production Division Manager, Farming Division Manager and Seafood Division Manager the supply of Queen Prawn
• Coordinating with Logistic Officer for the best Queen Prawn’s transportation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least five years of working experience in Sales function for seafood business
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Thai (both written and verbal)
• Professional, punctual, self-motivated, focused, and creative
• Excellence in leadership, negotiation and presentation skill
• Proactive thinking, data-driven analytical skills
• Able to work and thrive in stressful operation environments
• Able to travel in up-country
• Flexible working hour
