หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage and coordinate daily bar operations • Interact with customers • Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction • Create recipes, promotions & involvement with purchasing • Motivate the staff and provide trainings • Monitor stock, inventory, cost, report and maintain budget • Report directly to Assistant and Restaurant Manager

• • Thai nationality only • Fluent in English • Significant experience in the same position • Wine enthusiast with a passion to learn more • Cocktails, beer and spirit knowledge • Friendly and charismatic personality • Creativity and inspiration • Attention to details and the ability to work in a high-volume environment • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
