Process Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Control and improve the injection molding production process to meet production targets in terms of quality, output, efficiency, and delivery.
• Set up and optimize injection molding machine parameters (Injection, Holding, Cooling, Cycle Time).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues such as short shot, flash, sink mark, warpage, black spot, etc.
• Analyze defects and implement actions for scrap reduction, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
• Support new mold trials, mold modification, and process validation
• Work closely with QA/QC to ensure products comply with engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Prepare and maintain process sheets, work instructions (WI), and standard parameters.
• Monitor and control plastic raw materials to ensure suitability for the molding process.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Tooling departments to resolve machine and mold issues.
• Support continuous improvement activities (Kaizen) to enhance productivity and labor efficiency.
• Ensure production activities comply with company quality systems such as ISO / IATF / customer audit requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Experience in Injection Molding process and machine setup.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under production pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
