Service Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Build costumer confidence and ease customer experience, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions.
• 2.Execute service activities all over SEA region (providing on-site or remote technical costumer service as troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance) and act as the technical point person between customers and KraftPower teams.
• 3. Identify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on_site activity.
• 4. Analyze, inspect and review findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands.
• 5. Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
• 6. Provide on_site validation asd commissioning.
• 7. Interface with cross functional work teams such as application engineer, service engineers/technicians product management, manufacturing team and sales.
• 8. Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
• 9. Develop service technical documentation/instructions. Take part in or give technical training to customers when required.
• 10. Report common complaints of customers to management& R&D team (including NCR)to address the situation for future reference.
• 11. Support other regions service requirements when needed.
• 12. Communicate with the customer to ensure satification and implement any necessary corrective actions.
• 13. Offer feedback on product development, features and functions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Electrical/Electronic Engineering (incl power electronics, Electrical system, Electrical safety)
• 2. Minimum 3-4 years of Technical Service in field and remote setting with a multitude of clients.
• 3. Long experience servicing Rectifiers (SCR,SMPS) and Transformers applied in high power system AC/DC.
• 4. Experience in creating customer relationship, listening to their concerns and use methods (e.g., RCA) to solve problems.
• 5. Experience of preparing work, traveling to sites and reporting on service request.Knowledge of Machine Health Services (remote monitoring) is meriting
• 6. Experience in documenting professional service reports and presenting these with confidence to customers.
• 7.Customer oriented, good listener and communicator

• 10. Self-propelled with strong social ability
• 11. Structured working methods and meticulous mind
• 12. Very quality oriented, organized and structured
• 13. Thai and English (Fluent in writing and speaking)
• 14. Ability support urgent service requests at non-office hours
• 15. Drivers-license is mandatory
• 16. Strong IT competence
• 17. International travel is mandatory
