Project Manager

• Job Description; We are looking for an experienced and passionate Project Manager to join our growing team and to manage the end to end project delivery process. You will be responsible for wok with development team and collaborate with clients to building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required. Role and Responsibilities ; - Lead the coordination between project sponsor, project team and the technology Team (Product Development, Production Support, Product Management, etc.) and other technology partners and vendors to support timely technology discussions, technology decisions and technology issue resolutions. -Manage large, complex client technology relationships at multiple levels with key decision makers and leaders in project organizations through insight, trust and open information sharing -Manage project under triple constraint (Scope, Time, Cost) • Track and report on project milestone and report to project sponsor and project stakeholder -Clearly communication expectation and work as a mediator between stakeholder and team members. • Team up with Technology team to support service delivery (ideation, scoping, contracting, planning, implementation and on-going support for launches, upgrades, migrations, projects and product rollouts) ensuring project sponsor expectations are met or exceeded -Become an expert of the specific implementation of eCommerce technologies -Manage and communicate key client specific technology performance indicators (Metrics, KPIs and SLAs) and deliver performance based on these indicators. Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to clients -Collaborate across business units to do the right things for company -Identify, communicate and drive people, process and technology changes across department that impede growth, performance and user satisfaction

• Skills, Experiences and Qualifications: -At least 5 years ‘experience in project management and change management is mandatory -5+ Years of professional and technical experience is essential. -Have an affinity for technology, development, and/or programming. -Strong client management and people management skills is needed. -Must be willing to travel to client site. -Have an Industry focus: IT, retail, ecommerce is an advantage. -Experience with project development lifecycles. -Exceptional written and verbal communication/presentation skills. -BA/BS degree in relevant concentration required
