Customer Service Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Leading Customer Service department daily work goes smoothly.
• Coordinate sale team and customer service team to solve problems in time to ensure daily work goes smoothly and successfully.
• Supplier control management.
• Coordinate daily issues between CS department and other concerning parties.
• Ensure CS department daily work accuracy and customers’ satisfaction.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Familiar with international sea transportation, air transportation and land transportation.
• Good English writing, reading and speaking.
• Chinese speaking and writing will be advantage.
• College degree minimum.
• Logistics Major will be advantage.
• At least 5 years working expedience in Logistics field; at least 2 years working experience of CS manager.
• Familiar with import and export procedure.
• Familiar with procedure for cargo to USA and Europe.
• Familiar with air cargo operation procedure.
