Develop and implement communication strategies with investors, analysts and fund managers, providing financial information and business progress of the Company.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Company Secretary, to ensure that investor documents and disclosures are accurate and compliant
Create media for investor relations such as presentations, press releases Investor website relationships
Contact the SET, SEC, regarding rules for approving news in Set link
Conduct all investor relations activities e.g. Opportunity Day, AGM, Analyst Meeting, MD&A, One Report, ESG Data Structure
Analyze company performance, industry trends, and competitor activity to support management decision-making and investor messaging.
Monitor market trends, analyst reports, and investor sentiment to provide feedback and insights to senior management.
Maintain the company's investor relations website and verify the accuracy and relevance of its content.
Report & present important agenda items to the management committee such as the executive committee, ESG Committee Risk Committee and credit committee

Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or related fields
At least 7 years of experience in finance or related fields. Strong experiences in investor relations would be an advantage
Details oriented, well organized and self-motivated
Good financial analysis and presentation skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Good presentation & Interpersonal skills
Very good communication in both Thai & English
