หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support sales team during the preparation and the presentation of the consulting approach to their customers and prospects
• Participate in the offer deployment to the sales team, enabling the sales and professional Services teams (define the project plan, emphasize the forecasted operational and financial benefits behind the solutions) and support the sales team during presentation to customer
• Define the diagnosis proposal based on scoping output and support the sales team during the negotiation stage with customer
• Support local marketing teams in the preparation of events, documents, material related to the roll out of the consulting approach
• Advise our customers – implement best practices to optimize their clients’ processes
• Audit in customer site in order to propose the best solution for each customer, according to customer needs
• Create value – propose initiatives or projects aiming a high value proposition/solution for their customers
• Identify operational & financial improvement potentials & secure their validation by the customer.
• Prepare, run & monitor the diagnosis phase with the support of relevant additional PS resources.
• Prepare, run & monitor the scoping phases
• Secure the handover with the Lectra team in charge of managing the project (if different) or Implement & deliver the project applying management methodology of Lectra
• Coordinate the planning & reporting activities with the local Management Team & the Corporate Team to secure visibility on the roll out of the consulting approach in the region and benefit from other geographic experience

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Fluent English speaking and writing
• 3-10 years of successful professional experience, from 5 to 7years of experience in consulting within manufacturing environment
• At least 2 years working for a consulting company on supply chain related subjects
• Significant experience in multicultural environments is a must Experience in Lean Manufacturing is strongly desired
• Able to travel as there will be a significant percentage of traveling required to customer sites in different countries
