Calibration Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Set up and maintain measurement and testing instruments/gages calibration management process and system to ensure all product quality appraisal and assessment are accurate and convincing.
• Set up and maintain measurement and testing instruments/gages calibration management process and system to ensure all product quality appraisal and assessment are convincing and reliable.
• Lead calibration procedure and internal calibration instruction fabrication, amendment and implementation, provide training and skill certification for new coming calibration technician.
• Verify calibration certificate compliance and capability for external calibration service provider to ensure calibration service can meet quality management system requirements.
• Assess and invest appropriate internal calibration technique to progressively improve internal calibration capability.
• Plan and conduct MSA exercise for critical measurement and testing system to ensure measurment or test result are stable and reliable.
• Conduct partical measurements for all clean rooms in the factory, timely report and feedback test results and follow up abnormal condition correction and improvements.
• Support survey and self assessment form fill up and feedback for measurement and testing system management part from 3rd party or customer quality management system appraisal.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or relate field.
• At least 2 years calibration related working experience.
• Have basic understanding in ISO9001 quality management system requirements.
• If you have MSA experience, it will be considered.
• Command of MS Office application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good Command of English or Chinese.
