PCB Physical Laboratory Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for the formulation, modification, update and review of the department's SOP/SIP to ensure the standardization of on-site work.
• Responsible for evaluating and introducing new equipment and new technologies to improve the ability to detect defective products.
• Responsible for the preparation of external audits and customer questionnaire feedback, and accompany on-site audits.
• Responsible for pre-job training and skill assessment for new employees.
• Responsible for updating the customer regulations and the implementation of the landing inspection of the customer regulations to ensure the effectiveness of the quality inspection.
• Responsible for evaluating and formulating the release standards of suspicious products, ensuring the standardization and rationalization, control quality risk.
• Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of ERP system, ensure the smoothness of on-site work, and improve efficiency.
• Responsible for rectifying and giving feedback on audit deficiencies and customer complaints about CAR, and formulating improvement plans.
• Assist the supervisor to optimize the internal management system and improve the internal CPU.
• Tasks and other matters assigned by the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or relate field.
• More than 2 years of relevant work experience in PCB laboratory，familiar with micro-section.
• Be modest and steady, Strong affinity，have a strong sense of responsibility, have no bad habits, be good at listening, be able to quickly integrate into the team.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, strong ability to act, and be able to take the initiative to plan, take the initiative to carry out work and report.
• Strong learning ability, dare to question, and have certain level of leadership skill.
• Command of MS Office application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good Command of English or Chinese.
