• - To provide direct support to sales by finding out qualified prospects over the phone. - To update customer information in network, and be accessible for sales. - To develop business together with company in overseas by sending sales lead. - To fulfill customer enquiry and prepare quotations. - To conclude business if there is an opportunity. - To access in internet and find out prospects for some specific tradelanes - To check financial profile of prospect and prepare credit limitation. - To make confirmed quotations to be available in network for sales and operations by creating hyperlink. - To maintain contact with existing customers and try to get additional business. - To report number of usage of individual sales on weekly basis. - To fix technical problem of the sales system if it occurs by dealing with oversea. - To inform sales if there are some changes in system. - To monitor data quality to meet with standard.
