หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Sales Administration Assistant, based at Copadeli office on Sukhumvit soi 49, Bangkok Reporting directly to the French Sales Manager, you will: 1. You will receive Sales orders from our sales team, prepare, print invoices and organize the deliveries 2. Update customers payment from the payment confirmation shared by our sales team 3. You will receive Purchase Order from our production team, prepare, dispatch purchase orders to suppliers and organize the supplies deliveries 4. Organize cash payment to suppliers and manage accurately the office cashbook 5. Prepare bank transfer through SCB Online and ask the authorized person to confirm the payment.
