หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Descriptions • Clarifying invoices with supporting documents. • Revenue entry and summary. • Daily or Weekly invoicing and revenue report. • Review the document for new customer register and customer credit request. • Monitor credit limit and summary report by weekly • Monitor AR overdue and report by weekly • Monitor invoice and prepare bill for submit to customer will be manage on time • Call to collect money with customer and confirm for the date to collect cheque • Bank reconciliation report • Withholding Tax report for PND1, 3, 53, 54 and PP30, PP36 and submit. • Sales VAT and Purchase VAT reconciliation report. • Fixed Asset control

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelors in an accounting only 2. 2-3 years experience in accounting (All loop is prefer) 3. English (Writing & Reading & Speaking) language is plus. 4. Able to use ERP program and Excel (VLookup) is plus.
