Client Operations Executive (New grads are welcome)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for supporting clients/customers for on the road issues from various channels e.g., Call / E-Mail. etc. • Negotiating for appropriate compensation / refunds / solutions. • Proactively identify business risks and act promptly to minimize their impact by highlighting issues which are raised by complaints with relevant departments • Be flexible and provide support to all members of the Global Support team as and when required. • Analysis of complaints and relocations statistics and reporting to team leader

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Interested in the function of customer service • University graduate or recognized diploma in a field of Hospitality and Tourist or any related field. • Minimum 1 year experience in Hotel reservation business. • Good spoken and written English. (Toeic: 650) • Able to work in shift.
