หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities -Providing telephone answering services for company customers Complete with advice on various products of the company that is suitable for customers. -Receiving notifications and taking action to solve initial problems of customers arising from the use of various services of the company and coordinating with relevant departments. -Following up and notifying the result of the problem-solving and service to the customers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor's Degree in a related field. -5 working days per week (Rotational week off). -Ability to work in Shifts (Including night shift). -Good skills in English. -Able to start work immediately. (Start on 23 March 2023) -Working location near BTS Bangna.
