หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Collecting and analyzing training needs based on the Company’s strategic direction, business objectives, and employees' performance review. - Defining competencies and conducting a skills gap analysis to identify critical workforce skills. - Establishing a training master plan by training needs and business objectives. - Implementing and developing a Talent management program, Succession Planning, Leadership - Development program, and Management Trainee program. - Conducting and developing an orientation program for new employees. - Providing support and contributing to the Thailand Learning & Development projects. - Performing a wide variety of ongoing training, human resources development, and organization development assignments. - Closely working with the Academy program design team to create a talent development plan to address immediate capability and resourcing issues across all businesses, and ensure alignment between talent and academy activities. - Assisting the Line Manager/Head of departments/Directors to ensure the right approach when spotting talent identifying development activities for each talent group and ensuring they understand the importance of Talent and - Performance management within the overall performance cycle. - Digitalizing the training processes to be more effective, productive, and agile.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Can communicate in Chinese (HSK 5/ HSK6) or English. - At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Learning & Development, or related field.
