หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Account Receivable: Verifying receipt of payment, issuing tax invoice, reconciliation with output VAT report, reviewing and updating receipt of payment. • Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all financial activities are properly documented and organized. • Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of stock levels, including tracking incoming and outgoing stock, stock transfers, and stock adjustments. • Financial Administration: Assisting in basic financial tasks, such as processing expenses, managing petty cash, and coordinating with the finance team. • Preparing Withholding-TAX and attachments. • Supporting month-end closing. • Handling the maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register. • Supporting Finance manager in the local audit and coordinating with other external bodies e.g., banks. • Continuously looking for process improvement opportunities. • Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• สามารถใช้เอกสารหรืออีเมลภาษาอังกฤษได้ ถ้าสามารถพูดคุยสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
