Warehouse Operation Executive (6 days/week)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for daily operation performance with minimum resources.
• Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery.
• Control operational cost within target.
• Motivate and provide training for the operations team to deliver target.
• Create the solid work process for the overall operations process with continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage the RM/PM receiving team with improvement.
• Plan and manage the warehouse storage team with improvement.
• Plan and manage the FG production team with improvement.
• Plan and manage the FG delivery team with improvement.
• Plan and manage the E-Commerce Packing/Shipping team with improvement.
• Collaborate with key functions and customers.
• Report and analyze operation performance with the improvement plan.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 Yrs experience in logistic, warehouse management, finished goods management
• Understanding of warehouse procedures, logistic, process improvement
• Strong leadership, People management skill
• Good problem solving skill and work well under pressure
