Responsible for daily operation performance with minimum resources.
Responsible for outbound process, product quality and on-time delivery.
Control outbound operational cost within target
Proactively recommend improvements to increase operation performance
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
Motivate and provide training for the operations team to deliver targets with quality.
Collaborate with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
Report and analyze operation performance with the improvement plan
Perform assignments as instructed by superior

Education: bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
1-3 Years experience in supply chain management, process improvement, logistics, warehouse management, finished goods management, fulfillment.
Understanding of warehouse procedures especially, outbound and shipping processes
Planning and organization skills are required
Strong leadership, people management, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving skills and working well under pressure.
Experienced in ERP, Microsoft Dynamic AX would be preferred.
