Chief Financial Officer (ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่การเงิน)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Manage the processes of the company’s fiscal activities, including forecasting, budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting for auditing and managerial reports for management team.
• Control and evaluate the company’s fundraising plans and capital structure as well as ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the company’s operations.
• Identify and address financial risks and cost effectiveness opportunities for the company.
• Develop internal control activities as well as corrective actions to minimize risk to impact company’s financial status and business sustainability
• Provide strategic financial recommendations and effective implementation to Management Team
• Establish and develop relations with management team, internal/external partners and stakeholders (e.g. management, auditors, banks etc.).
• Advise long-term business and financial planning and tools to ensure sustainable growth.

• Aware of Financial and Accounting trends, policy, legal, improvement and development to ally with the company's business.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 10 years experience in Managerial level.
• At least 10 years direct experience in corporate or audit field of Finance or Accounting.
• Experience working in multinational business environment with sound understanding of global processes and transactional flows. Experience in IPO process.
• Able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
• Successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement or pre-operational experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written in English and Thai, to engage with staff at all levels of the organization. CPA is a strong advantage.
