Sr.Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare controls plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan schedule changers, recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by controlling rejects and implementing correct process and tools.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Maintains project data do for the project and hand over to production with high process capability.
• Follow up new project from initial to final phase the shop floor.
• Communicate with the technicians and monitoring day to day activities.
• Prepare tool life study and Running rate and other PPAP documents.
• Follow the instructions from Manager.
• Participate in Quality system i.e IATF16949,ISO14001 and 5s.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in engineer, industrial engineer or Automotive Engineering.
• Knowledge in CNC Lathe machine process.
• Must be able to understand CNC Lathe M/C program and develop M/C process from port drawing.
• Assist to design of required tooling of fixtures, knowledge of tool selection.
• Experience in M/C set up, usual set up capable of reading technical drawing.
• Experience in CNC programming is required.
