CNC Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Improve and develop production processes, tools and increase efficiency of machine in production line.
• Prepare summary report of raw material usage, factory supply, and waste in production process and report to production manager.
• Analyze production process abnormalities not meet KPIs and prepare suggesting solutions to production manager.
• Monitor production processes in order to analyze machine performance and evaluate energy efficiency.
• Coordinate with relevant section to support smooth operation.
• Follow up IATF 16949/ISO 45001.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in engineer, industrial engineer or Automotive Engineering.
• Knowledge in CNC Lathe machine process.
• Analyze production process abnormalities not meet KPIs and prepare suggesting solutions to production manager.
• Assist to design of required tooling of fixtures, knowledge of tool selection.
• Experience in M/C set up, usual set up capable of reading technical drawing.
• Have experience or knowledge in IATF 16949/ISO 9001 will be advantage.
• Able to use Microsoft office.
• Be diligent, patient, and able to work under pressure.
