หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Bachelor/Master ’s Degree in Computer or related field - Male/Female age over 30 years old Minimum 5 years for work experience. - Good knowledge and skill in Standard SQL , Oracle Developer and SCI Report - Having knowledge in WMS or WMOS (Manhattan). - Having knowledge in Crystal Report and Data Warehouse would be advantage. - Experience in WMS and Distribution Center environment would be advantage. - Experience in Project Management is essential - Good Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Good in English Writing and Conversation is essential

• 1. Responsible for day to day WMS operations. 2. Setup and Develop software to support Operation 3. Problem Solving in Application problem and coordinate to Software Vendor 4. Manage Incident call Log for the request and proceed to meet the SLA. 5. Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and customer service
