International Division Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Get business requirements and work with project team to meet client requirements with high satisfaction. 2. Manage one or more project to support Business Unit which located in International in part of IT infrastructure& rollout. 3. Lead or assist in the planning, equipment bidding, testing, and implementing of systems & network infrastructure as well as IT rollout. 4. Manage project budget and resource allocation for each project. 5. Provide consultant services to Business Unit and/or Participate in the design, and testing phase 6. Assist in the resolution of conflicts within/between projects or functional areas, and provide corrective supervision. 7. Monitor and track project, alert or escalate to minimize the project risks. 8. Advocate on behalf of clients and represent client’s needs as appropriate to senior management. 9. Distribute and deploy IT policy/ standard/ guidance/ best practices to Business Unit effectively. 10. Work across team and cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. 11. Provide mentoring, coaching and direction setting to team members 12. Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology. 13. Present written reports defining plans, problems and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.

• 1.Good project management discipline 2.Initiate thinking and Pro-actively 3.Willing to work overseas occasionally 4.IT Leadership role play 5.Manage IT projects at least 5 years, and has experience in IT infrastructure at least 3 years both system and network. 6.Master degree in IT Management, or IT related. 7.Demonstrated communication effectiveness
