Job scope & responsibilities: • The first tier support the phone calls of customers and attend to their queries • Perform problem analysis and provide application support • Incident/Request management, base on SLA to deliver service • Communicate with customer via phone call and email • Provide remote support and /or remote maintenance to customers • Remote support or vendor control to onsite
