Sales Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job. • Coordinating with Salesperson. • Entering order information into the company database & arrange delivery to customers with KODENSHI warehouse in Singapore (In – Out (excel) & SAP) • Issuing PO to factory and checking delivery schedule with factory (Japan, China & Korea) (In – Out (excel) & SAP) • Checking inventory end of each month • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products, providing surveys documents paperwork following customer’s request. • Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design, and financing to optimize sales

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Mainly communicate with our China, Korea Japan Factory and sales office. Our customer is all over the world. English is required and also Japanese, Chinese, Korean speaker is preferable
