Financial Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Handling accounts payable and receivable. - Communicating with clients regarding billing and payment. - Handling queries related to AP and AR. - Checking details of invoices received from other department and issue sales invoice in system. - Prepare and review accounting records. - Support superior in part of financial report. - Coordinating with external parties i.e. accounting firm and internal departments in order to received necessary information related to accounts. - Report accounting activity to supervisors. - Routines accounting tasks and other upon the assignments.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male or Female - Bachelor's degree in accounting - 1-2 years or more of working experience in accounting - Able to use MS Excel efficiency - Good command of English (written and spoken) and computer literates - Detail-oriented, problem solving skills. - Able to work well within a team / work well under pressure and tight deadline.
